Using Google Checkout.

We use Google Checkout for processing online orders and payments, Google Checkout makes online shopping quick and easy!

Your cart should appear in the top right hand corner of your screen.

You can view any items you've added to your cart by clicking anywhere within the blue box.

When you choose to add an item click the "add to cart" button like this.

Some pages have more than one product listed, on these pages you should see a drop down box with the different products listed. Select the desired product from the drop down list and then click the "add to cart" button to select that item.


When you have clicked the "add to cart" button you will notice that item appear in the cart.
If you wish you can remove an item by clicking the remove button underneath the price of each item listed.


When you're happy with the items selected click the Google Checkout button to proceed to Checkout page to complete your order.

VAT and delivery charges are calculated on the Google Checkout page, where you can input you contact, delivery and payment details.

Google takes the privacy of your information seriously. Your payment information and delivery addresses can be saved in your Google Account to make future purchases more convenient and secure.

Google guarantee that:

• Your account information is stored on our secure servers.
• Your purchase information is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology.
• Google does not share your full credit card number with sellers.
• Google will not disclose personally identifiable information about your purchase history to advertisers or merchants.

Google's fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout.

With Google Checkout, you decide on a seller-by-seller basis when you place an order whether you would like to keep your email address confidential or receive emails from the seller.This is accomplished by creating an anonymous email forwarding address which you may disable at any time. When placing your order, select keep your email address private and Google will then forward the seller's emails to you without sharing your real email address.

Some highly priced, hard to obtain or custom made products may not have a buy button associated with them, in which case you would need to contact us as to how to purchase that item.

Very new items also may not have a buy button associated, this could be due to the fact that the product is being advertised and unavailable for purchase until it's release date.

Ordering via a Purchase order.
Schools,colleges, universities and other government funded establishments can apply to purchase goods on a 28 day credit account basis, to apply simply post, fax or email an official purchase order to us and customers would be required to adhere to our terms and conditions. We are happy to provide Pro-Forma invoices for any goods you wish to purchase.
Large companies can also apply for a credit account as above.
Dream AV reserves to right to refuse credit.

From customers unable to purchase via the above methods, then orders can be processed where payment is made by cheque (made payable to Dream AV) or paid directly in to our bank account (bank details given on request).
